I went to the shop to fix it and it was working perfectly on another computer, but when i got home it stopped working again. Its 16 gb usb. Usually when i select more then one file it stops responding. Well it is connected to a usb hub extension cord thing. So is it the usb hub extension that makes it stop working? or is it my computer? by the way im using a windows 7
