...help? i got pulled over and got a ticket for texting on my phone while driving but i actually wasnt on my phone i was changing to song on shuffle on my ipod i told the officer and he didnt believe me. i got the phone records for court sent to me so i can show them i wasnt texting but it turns out i got a text a couple minutes before i got the ticket. will they still believe me that i wasnt actually on the phone or should i just not bother showing them the phone records
