I just filed a paypal dispute because some guy hacked my Paypal account and used every bit of money on one of my credit cards (which was around 52$). I filed it under unauthorized use and paypal has emailed the seller AKA hacker about 2-3 times without any answer from him. Does this increase my chances of winning the case? it's been about 9-10 days and there STILL not done disputing it. How much longer?
