Question about a part

Hi,

What is the name of the Chrome cover that comes between the saddle bag and the fender of the Road King classic... When I installed the passenger back rest, they included a spacer, so the gap is big and it looks bad from the back of the bike...

where can we buy it from?

They are called saddle bag spacers harley sells them. I would also recomend taking that spacer back out. It is not not needed and your right they make thae bags slant out to far and look funny.

Thanks for the response... I have the spacer, it came with the passenger back rest, I am looking for the chrome cover that hides all the crap in the back, I saw it on some bikes but i am unable to find it anywhere on the net. Couldnt find it on HD site either.
 
I believe you are talking about what HD calls saddlebag filler strips. They have chrome and color matched. For your 08, the solid (non-slotted) chrome ones would be pn#45898-98. I have the vivid black solid ones on my 08.
 
Dawg do you think the BLK(Jet Black) is pretty close to the vivid black? I can get a great deal on the Jet balck ones just don't want to flash to much. Thanks as always.
 
Being where it will be mounted, I bet one probably couldn't tell the difference between jet black and vivid black. I think it'll be fine.
