Question about a BMX Flatland bike?

I don't know anything about bikes but I wanted to get a flatland bike. I can pick up a Redline Flatland for $30 bucks. I'm an adult and I think these bikes are a little smaller than normal but I thought that would be good for flatlanding. If anyone can give me any advice on this I'd appreciate it. Also is a Redline a good bike in general. Thanks!
