question about a 2002 Harley Davidson truck?

im 24 of age my girlfriend and i took it for a test drive off of a used car lot the only issue is that the front bumper is dented in and scratch and the side of the truck is scratch as well. and it has 92,000 miles but my girlfriend says she dont want to get something with a lot of miles on it , he has it listed for 13,999. below is the link does this sound like a good deal.

Put a 10,000 down payment on something New That was from last year. The old model on the lot and don't let them take you for a ride think of a price and stick to it. If it is reasonable then you will have a truck. Get full coverage!!!! and no loan from dealer. Go to your bank!!!!

Get a New truck and then buy them nice rim at a junk yard. Or from craig list

92,000 is a lot of mile for 14g I would look for something less showy and less miles then make it look sick. Then sell it for 14,000 and buy an new one. 10 years down the road if you drive normaly
