im a junior in highschool and i may be buying a 2000 civic off a guy. He is getting the car all checked out and in good condition. If i am going to college in utah after senior year, would this be a good or bad car for me since its cold and snowy up there and its only a 2 wheel drive car? It also has like 115 thousand miles on it. But its supposedly supposed to be in good condition after he gets it back from being all fixed.
