Well the engine I put in is still loud and sounds kind of like a knock. Could the source of the problem be in the EGR valve. I put in a 2.7 EGR valve on the 3.5 motor and it idled really low for like 20 seconds. When I hook in the 3.5 EGR valve it idles at like 2500 RPM's. Should I look into buying a new 3.5l EGR Valve
Also, i checked the code when the Intrepid was running off the 3.5 EGR valve and it said some volatge was to low and then another time it said it was to high.
