Question about 60k mile service on Jeep Compass?

I have reached 60,000 miles on my 2007 Jeep Compass. I just bought a new set of tires ($750) and was told that I have loose tie rods and need to have my tie rod ends replaced ($350). I also need to get the 60,000 maintenance in order to keep my power train warranty in effect ($650). So basically I have $1000 worth of work that now needs to be done. Unfortunately the tires were more expensive than I thought they'd be and I hadn't realized that I'd need new tie rod ends. So I can't really come up with another $1000 right now. I can spend about $750 now but won't have the other $250 for at least another month, which would be another 2k + miles given the number of miles per week that I put on the vehicle. I think I need to get the tie rods done first because if I don't it will ruin my new tires. But then I can't afford to do the 60,000 maintenance, or at least not all of it.

If I can only get 1/2 of the 60,000 maintenance now and need to get the other 1/2 later, which things should I have done now and which can wait?
