Question about 2006 Dodge Ram 1500?

I have A dodge ram 1500 5.7 L. Hemi.ive got the Flowmaster dual exauhst with 3 and a half inch magnaflow tips. and a K&N air filter. I was wondering wut i can do for more horsepower so it can have mre get up an go.And is there any diffrence in a Superchit or an engine tuner? And would it be worth puttin a cold air intake on it or a Dodge Turbo Supercharger?
 
A supercharger would do it but that thing comes with about 350 HP. How much more do you want?
