Question about 2001 dodge neon?

I just bought a 2001 dodge neon, And i was messing around with the stero and hit the seek button now my radio wont turn on or do anything it just says seek. how do i fix that? 2nd question the lot i bought it from said it has a cd player and onenof the buttons says tape on top then cd on bottom but i cant find it to save my life. Where could it be?
