hey everyone,
i am very worried at the moment because i have heard a rumour (i hope its a rumour) that the licensing laws for learners will be changed again sometime in 2008 (for queensland). I am born in the second half of the year so this would most likely effect me. I have been driving since i was 8 and am a better driver than my sister who has had her p's for 2 years. this would be so unfair and very limiting. Does anyone know anything?
