Qualifications to be a PHP web developer?

Hi, I was wondering what sort of schooling or qualifications a PHP web developer would list in their resume? I would figure that a Bachelors in Computer Science would be the best, but could someone who has a degree in Information Technology also get these jobs?
 
There is no formal requirement to list any programming language on a resume. A degree doesn't actually tie in to what you know. I'm going for a degree in Computer Science, but I still know a lot about hardware and security. It's all a matter of personal opinion if you think you know it well enough that anyone can test you.
