Quad/Glute pain...

I have been having a strange pain as though I pulled a muscle in my left Quad/glute. It will start in one and move to the other without any apparent explanation. I lift 4-5 days a week and have pulled muscles in the past but never experienced anything like this. Anyone have any ideas?
