...does that mean for one core.? so for example if you had a quad core 2.6ghz and the game said 3ghz recommended to play the game.

does that mean that you dont meet the requirements.
because i know that some games cant use cores.

can they dont use cores at all?

and does having 3.ghz quad core mean that you got 12ghz for a game?
