I downloaded Qik video chat app onto my iPhone 4. I've only used it to call someone who owns an htc Android phone. The video works and I can clearly see and hear the person on the other end, however the other person cannot hear me. The mute button on my end cannot be disabled. Is this a common problem? Do I need to upgrade? Any suggestions?
