Q9m Wont Program

Hello

New here just got a Q9M and its flashed for cricket but when I *228 it just says "unable to program" (Cincinnati) so I had their tech support re-check all the nurabers and reset the account they thought that would work, still wont program. I had this programed by a person and will enlist there help but what is the most common reason and if there anything I can check or do?

you have to manually program the NAM1 with your mdn and min

type this on the dialpad ##073887* and call

now enter 000000

go to A

Nam1

change MIN to match yours and the MDN is your phone nuraber
