I've just tested PXA Clocker on a T5 and was able to overclock it to 624MHz (the maximum supposted by PXA270 processor). The T5 was unstable starting at 585 MHz, and very unstable at 624MHz, but ran just fine at 520MHz. It also worths mentioning that T5 hardware seems to be more resistant to lockups caused by unusual clocking parameters. I'll post screenshots later at http://www.hexview.com/pxa/
