pwer go outs while riding1998 suzuki 800 intruder?

Check the main fuse terminals.
Change the main fuse to make sure that isn't a problem.
The starter solenoid holds the main fuse - the solenoid may need to be replaced.

Keep a 12v test light with you and ride around.
When the bike goes dead, test for power at the main fuse.
 
All power goes out,light, instrument panel,everything.I let it sit for a few minutes and I can ride it again.A few minutes later it does it again.I checked all five fuses and theyre ok.
