Hi,
Today I had to put my little dog Missy Muffin, down to sleep.
She was a Maltese x shitzu,14 years old and was very sick and was in pain. I think she had Cancer, but I was never sure what was really wrong with her, I couldn't afford the vet bill . And also there was little the vet could do at her age. I know she is now out of her pain and it was for the best, but I feel so awful about just leaving her there behind at the vets! How do you deal with this awful feeling of emptiness?
