Putting Our Briefs on The University Curriculum?

Is there a way of putting our briefs on the university curriculum? We want to create briefs across the country for creative students. We aim to have a set brief for every design school across the country for students to annually take part in. Can we just approach the university's or do we have to go through a more academic - legal procedure? Just like the D&AD, YCN and ISTD we want to give the students the chance of gaining respect and confidence though our briefs.
