so I'm sorry If this question is confusing but I hope someone understands.
I just turned 18 and i live with my dad my mom died last year the last few months I've been noticing I've been getting mail about health insurance and they send me like bills for services I didn't even get. So I called up a number on a bill I got like a month ans a half ago and asked why was I getting bills when I never even got services and they were like because your name is down as the person who pays and I said well I'm only 17 and the lady seemed shocked and was like wow and told me to hold on an I hung up because I don't want to get my dad in trouble but I just don't feel comfortable with it under my name. Is this normal or right and could it hurt me in the future? If it is and It can't I'll fell more comfortable about it but Its just worrying me right now
