If you are talking about the original apps that come with the phone, then none will be deleted. If you are going to buy new apps, then just go to the app store that is on the first 'page' of the iPhone and buy your apps from there. That way, if you already have apps on your iPhone, you don't have to sync anything.
Beware, however. You will not be able to sync your apps on your laptop without deleting them. The best thing to do is to 're-buy' them all. That will not cost you any money IF you buy them again from the account you bought them from in the first case.
