Ok i put a password on my bb and i kinda forgot it and after 10 tries it erased everything on my bb and now theres only a blank white screen that says "reload software 513" i think im supposed to insert another OS but i dont know how to do that. Can you guys help me? And is there another solution without going to the store and asking the guy to do it?
