Putting a throttle body on Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Do you have to do anything to the computer in your car to replace the throttle body? It's a BBK 70mm TB going on a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (4.7 HO)
 
The answer is no,,now let me throw out a suggestion.
There are two available throttle bodies for the 4.7.62mm early and 68mm later HO. On Ebay very cheap. What you are doing is expensive. If you do go ahead with the 70mm, you better check the opening in the intake. If it is 62 or 68mm, you must grind out to match the 70mm or you will gain nothing.
The biggest thing you will notice quickly is VERY improved throttle response.
