Putting a shackle lift on a jeep cherokee?

If i lift it about 3" will i need new brake lines, shocks, etc?
What about new spring bushings? Also, the kit is at advance auto for only $15. Is that too cheap?
 
cant go wrong with that im assuming its a full size cherokee the 84 and newer mid sized cherokees have coils in the front 15$ for a lift is fine you can build your own brake line drops that is what most lifts come with just lower them about 2" form the stock mounts shocks would be a good idea spring bushings depends on the old ones if there still good use them your only paying $15 for the lift so the extras wont be so hard to buy if you just driving on the streets you acually can get away with just the shackles good luck
 
I don' think there's much involved in a shackle lift, so 15$ sounds about right. The only thing that i think may need to be added is the brake lines.
