It is known that he came up with this thought experiment to reject the idea that meanings are just psychologically dependent. However, as he further concluded that because he found this example of a meaning independent of psychological states that ultimately " meanings aren't in the head," did he not take into account possibilities where meanings can be in the head? I'm sure you can think of counterexample to his example, right?
