agent is sending e-mails saying that bank is going to order numbers to see if they will accept offer. How can my offer be accepted if the purchae agreement has expired and all parties have been relieved of all obligations to the contract?
Also, what does ordered numbers mean? And I never received a comparable on the homes in the area being sold and currently on the market. I did send her an e-mail asking to receive one. What exactly can a comparable tell me? I sent my realtor an e-mail on this. Want to hear other's thoughts.
