...controler turn red when i push t? put a brake contrller on my ford ranger xlt,for my jayco kiwi rv,and when i press the brake pedal down the light on the barke controller turns red ,but the brakes on the jayco don't work,also with the brake pedal pressed down ,and the hard button pulled all the way to the right ,i only get 3.50 volts,is the controler or my brakes. also when i plug it up i hear a hum ,is this normal,thank.
