I and coming upto 15, I have a middle-ish brown hair colour. I wish to dye my hair a dark brown-ish black permenently. But my mum said it needs to be done proffesionaly, I'd have to pay for it myself and where my mum is wanting me to get it done it will cos around £80 and £50 for root touch ups. Is there a way I can persuade her to pay for some of it?
