I know this is a bit of a stretch but I remember buying a Spider-Man comic (could have been a trade paperback) at a bookstore in the late 90's (between 1998 and 2000). I hardly remember anything about it except the front cover was purple and the comic was thick. It might have come with extra things such as markers, a poster, etc but I'm not sure.
