Saw this again for the umpteenth time last night. Still blows me away everytime,even if some parts are a little cheesy. My all time fav film...great entertainer/performer/singer(Prince),with amazing music:)
 
As a Prince fan it's definitely one of my fave films. I have the 2 disc anniversary edition, i didn't realise some of the scenes were filmed in LA rather than Miniapollis.
 
have been meaning to watch it again after seeing him again during the summer.

and i'm sure under the cherry moon got panned far more than it deserved - it had it's tongue so far in it's cheek it wasn't true, and Morris Day and Jerome (?) were brilliant in it.

i wasnt even born when the film came out but im a big prince fan watched the film a few times even watched it on the train back from one of his concerts back in the summer. Definately one of the best movie soundtracks ever.
 
i did wonder - haven't seen it for years - must have been Prince and Jerome with plenty of banter.
