Purchased a 05 dodge ram 1500 in mid feb 09 and just put $1100 in breaks because it was

determined unsafe? This truck had only 33,000 miles on it. The gentlemen at just breaks said the damage that was done couldn't of happened in 5 months. I asked to keep all the original parts. Can i legally do anything about this? I called the dealership in Florida and the general manager is completely new since i bought the vehicle and is saying according to his "paper work" in parts/inspection that the truck was fine. The 3 rotators were down to nothing and the pistons in 3 calipers where beginning to stick. I'm extremely pissed and there is no way in he** we did the damage that is done to it. I need some legal assistance and the catch is my husband is in the military and we were just moved from tx to Colorado. The gentlemen i spoke to in the first place was very pushy and hesitant asking me to "please, bring the truck in" i laughed and said, i'm in Colorado which when i bought the truck, i told you that's where i'd end up since my husband was pcsing here.
