Purchase unlocked LG Lollipop, LG Ice cream 2?

i'm looking to buy a new phone. iv got my eyes on lollipop and icecream 2 and i was wondering if anyone could give me a link to purchase UNLOCKED lollipop or ice cream 2. i know they are both available outside of korea so im looking for a good deal. any under $300? please list all sites available that sell at this price.
