I found the below web-page earlier today when bored (yahoo was down). I am curious to know if breeders and experienced dog people think this is a good site and questionnaire as I am thinking of getting another puppy next year and would be interested to use something like this. Don't bother with the video clip, the questionnaire is at the bottom of the page, it is not very long.
