He is a little over 2 months and hates getting his nails cut. I have never seen a dog freak out the way he does. He doesn't try to bite me or anything he just screams and tries to get away. I let him go and I try to talk to him in a soothing voice. He calms down until I grab his foot again and put the clippers next to his nails then he freaks. He will let me tickle his feet when we play and grab them with no problem.. I was thinking that maybe he had a bad experience getting his dew claws removed? I give him a treat after every nail I do. . . 
What should I do? His nails are so long and they are sharp!
I do not want to walk him anywhere b/c he does not have his full set of parvo shots yet and it is rapid in this town I live in. I do have a patio but I don't think it is rough enough to file down his nails!!!!!
