Puppy drank something from under car. HELP!!!?

My puppy went under our car and he licked some cool, clear liquid under it. Just onetime, i think. some people think it was water from the ac. he is not acting funny or anything but it's been bout 45 mins. he's just sleepy cuz it's night. ,my parents refuse to worry and think it's fine. i am so scared. please please help
