puppy doing her business on concrete?

my 2 month old puppy pees and poos on the patio in the mornings, but only in the mornings, i think its because theres dew on the grass and its to cold for her to go out there, my question is how do i make her do her business on the grass even if it is cold?

I would try to get her on the grass and keep her there by giving her treats. If that does not work, get her on a leash and force her to use it on the grass. Then praise her and give her a treat afterwards.
