A puppet can't think for itself, it's actions are based entirely on what strings the puppeteer pulls.
Atheists are no ones puppet, they go around selflessly trying to cut the strings from the fingers of the puppeteer. But the puppets fight back with their strings still attached, which makes the task incredibly difficult. I suppose it is only right though, there are very few puppets able to cut their own strings, they have always been ordered around by their puppeteers... it is only instinct to be afraid of an unknown.
