punk combat boots that are good for hiking?

i'm going on a hiking trip in a few days and need a pair of functional shoes for a lot of walking, mud, etc (preferably combat boots, i've wanted a pair for a while). but i also need them to be stylish so i can wear them again (don't worry i'm sorta punky so they'll fit right in to my wardrobe). is there any stores, brands, websites etc that i could find something like that on?

A hiking trip is not a good time to break in a new pair of combat boots. Your feet (and thus you) will suffer for it. You need something with some ankle support bout good traction on a variety of surfaces. Go with something more like a sport tennis shoe type hiker. It will require virtually no brake-in time. Check with a good outdoor store. Outdoor World/Bass Pro or Dick's just to name 2.

Remember, you are not looking for punk style on a hike over unimproved terrain, you need comfort and support. Blisters can turn an outing into a truly miserable experience.
