Punishment for walking around after city curfew?

Okay well my and my friend wanna go to a gas station that's about a mile away but we have to pass some busy highways, so how much trouble could we get in if caught by the cops??? just to clear things up-
-were not ding dong ditching
-not disturbing anyone
-never been in trouble with the police for anything
-and were not high or anything. just walking
