Found some sites where they did studies on PDL, using an acid (ALA) pretreatment, and they had great results. Some people with severe acne were actually "cured" for up to 12 months after the treatments stopped. I know it's got to be ridiculously expensive, but wondering if anyone has tried this?
We currently use a blue lamp at home, and it helps, but not enough.
