pulling child out of school?

my dd is having a ton of behavior problems in school and today topped the cake she pulled some little girls hairs and constantly misbehaves in the classroom I wanted to pull her out 2 months ago because she is being held back into K for next year but school said i cound not but now I have no choice as I can not take the stress of it anymore and there only 13 days left of school does anyone know what possible excuse I could use to get her out of there We live in PA
