I wasn't too sure where to post this, but nonetheless, I need a little bit of help.
About two months ago, I was exercising - running in my yard, down the street, etc. I think that's when I pulled a muscle, or at least that's what I think I did.
I have a weird aching pain in my leg, that only begins to hurt if I'm on it too much. It doesn't hurt to the point where I can't stand, walk, or run (though it does slow me down a bit), but if I'm off of it, I'm fine. The thing about that is that I rarely get the opportunity to sit down for too long.
The pain, when I get it, is normally near the middle of my leg on the side of it, closer to the back than the front. However, just recently, my thigh has been starting to get the same aching pain once in awhile, but not nearly as often.
So after an 8 hour day at work and being on my feet all day long, it seems worse at night, but when I wake up in the morning, I don't feel a thing until I start working again. It's kind of been repeated like that for the past two months.
Is there anything I can do to get rid of it? I've tried resting, but like I said, I don't get too much time to sit and rest it for hours at a time. Tried herbal tea, putting heat/ice on it, nothing seems to help long-term. Does anyone have some ideas as to how I can make it go away?
