Pulled Hamstring, sprint tryouts is in 3 days! - Can I recover in time?

Hello! I pulled my right hamstring after an extra hard day of training. It's not that bad, it was painful right after finishing the last 200m run but after an hour, I can walk with little to no pain. What can I do to speed up the recovery? Do you think it will heal in time because I am very very determined on making varsity and the coaches aren't very forgiving at missing tryouts. I can't understand it though, we ran a mile and did dynamic stretches before the workout which I think is sufficient as a warm up. LAST QUESTION!!! I'm buying new shoes tomorrow as my current ones are for cross country and are really worn out. What kind of shoes do you recommend for the 100m, 200m, and 400m? I was thinking of a sprinting shoe without spikes on, as I will be using it for daily training. Do you think I can pull it with $50 bucks? I'm kinda short on assets here! XD
