okay i have the sony ericsson satio [idou]
and i was trying to set a pin number to lock my phone. I entered in the pin number but everytime i did, there was this "code error" even though i'm 70% sure the number was right. this happened about 2-3 times and then it said the pin number was "blocked" and to enter the "PUK".
i tried calling T-Mobile customer service and they had to speak to my mom because the account was in her name and they had to get some info. but then she decided it might be easier if i go to the T-Mobile store myself and ask for direct assistance. i got my phone about 3-4 days ago, and im sure they remember me.
so my question is, would they be able to give me my PUK code w/o my mom there because they remember us and its not like im some thief who's trying to hack into the phone. and is it free? and how long would it take?
