pudendal nerve or genitalfemoral nerve

I have stabbing, prickling burning pain in the perineal anal and inner thigh area. The pain is constant. I also have pain in the area that feels as though someone kicked me. I have had facet injections, neurontin, lyrica lortab chiropractics and nothing is helping. I can't take the pain anymore. It has really given me a poor quality of life. Can someone PLEASE help to know what this is and a treatment that works.
 
Hi - i see no one has responded - you may have pudendal nerve entrapment - look it up on the internet - it is very painful and quite often misdiagnosed. One of the best ways to deal with it is to stand as sitting makes it worse. Therei s a community out there for pudendal nerve sufferers - I am trying to find it myself and if I do I will post back. Have you had a MRI to rule out a lower lurabar disc problem or another mechanical problem in the lower spine?
