publish VB.NET (VS 2010) project through code . .?

JAI MATADI all ..

we (atleast I) can publish my VB.NET projects(softwares) by going BUILT MENU and then PUBLISH

but i just wonder can we publish our projects by writing some code or something .. ?

if "yes" then does anybody has any code regarding this .. or link .. ? please provide me if anybody has . .
