Publish a php file to my website?

Helloooo
I have a php file which i am trying to publish to my website through HTTP and not FTP using PUT method
now i used Netscape compresor but i was only able to publish html files and i couldn't publish php files I know it's not secured but i just want to know how to make it
please help!
