Public Relations - Gaming Information and Media/Software request?

I am starting my own gaming company and I want to basically be my own PR.

I need some help, how would I go about phrasing my words to request information such as Media (Screen Shots, Movie Clips), Software (Review Edition Games, etc..), and Upcoming news and updates for the company?
